AGREEMENT

Immigration matters are complicated and personal.  As your Immigration Assistance Provider your immigration case is of primary importance to me.  Therefore, I will strive to get you the right immigration benefit at the right time.  In order for us to achieve the American Dream for you we need to work together.

I will perform any or all of the following immigration services:

1.  Upon initial evaluation, determine if my services are appropriate for your case
2.  Complete government agency specific form(s) on your behalf and appropriate to your needs
3.  Explain responses to government agency specific form(s) related to your immigration matter
4.  Translate information on forms to you and translate your answers to questions posed on such forms
5.  Notarize signatures on government agency specific form(s) by a notary public
6.  Prepare or arrange for the preparation of photographs and fingerprints
7.  Arrange for the performance of medical testing (including X-rays and AIDS tests) and assist in obtaining reports of test results
8.  Provide three completed copies of government agency specific form(s).  Two copies to you and one retained for my records as required by law
9.  Keep you informed of any developments in your immigration case(s).

As an Immigration Assistance Provider I will not perform any of the following:

1.  Give you advice on answering questions on government agency specific form(s)
2.  Act as your attorney in any immigration proceedings
3.  Alter or fabricate any document or information on your behalf to any government agency
4.  Share personal information with third parties unless specified by you or by law.

As my client you will assist me in the preparation of your immigration specific form(s):

1.  Provide truthful and accurate information to questions on any government agency specific form(s)
2.  Secure all supporting U.S. or foreign documents that are required to be submitted with government agency specific form(s)
3.  Submit all completed government agency specific form(s) with supporting documents along with Agency Fees to the appropriate address
4.  Be at the appropriate place and time for any scheduled appointment(s) unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) business hours in advance
5.  Notify me when you receive a "Receipt Notice", "Approval Notice", "Letter of Denial", or any letters requesting additional information
6. Keep me informed of all new developments in your immigration case(s).
